ACHNACARRY REVISITED - PARA COMMANDOS BELGE

WE WERE DELIGHTED TO MEET OUR FRIENDS FROM BELGIUM (again) EARLIER THIS YEAR

Colonel SIX, Commanding Officer of the Commando Training Centre Belge, attended with two teams from the Belgian ParaCommando Forces to compete in the Annual Commando Speed March at Achnacarry. The 7 mile route starts as per the original commando test, from the Railway Station at Spean Bridge, Lochaber and follows most of the WW2 route to the gates of Achnacarry House (Castle Commnando).
